During my entire adolescence, I struggled with my weight and confidence. After high school I decided to take control. However, the internet offered more noise than answers, so I spent years testing, learning, and applying evidence-based training and nutrition. I lost the weight, built strength, and turned that process into a career.
I saw too many trainers relying on outdated methods that left clients frustrated. I earned certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching and built a coaching practice grounded in science, support, and clear strategy.
For the past three years I’ve coached men and women ages 18–65 to gain muscle, lose fat, and improve health; without one-size-fits-all plans. Every program is tailored to your goals, schedule, and preferences.
My mission: help you build a stronger body, a resilient mindset, and the confidence to dream bigger.
You will get everything that comes with in-person coaching, minus me being in the gym with you. Workouts will be provided through spreadsheets with links to videos walking you through how to do each exercise. Nutrition will be tracked through Cronometer. We will meet on Zoom twice a month to check in and go over the program and your goals.
I will never give you a cookie cutter program. Each program is designed specifically for you to fit your preferences and lifestyle. I keep up with the science and update my training protocols as new data comes out. I will never stick to an old way of training if I find a better one. I will sift through the infinite amount of misinformation on the internet so you don't have to.
Programs range from 3-12 months
I provide unlimited form checks via video! You send a video of your set, I send back feedback.
You will have access to me 24/7 via WhatsApp as well as our Zoom calls every other week!
